MBM are proud to represent one of the country's leading Soul singers of his generation. Desi's singing has taken him worldwide and is firmly established as one of the top performers of Soul music in the UK today. Desi has appeared on The Tube and The switch with Paul Weller's Style Council .Desi was also invited as backing vocalist for Aretha Franklin, The Staples Singers and Four Tops in Detriot. Later he sang with Was Not Was, Lisa Stansfield, Brand New Heavies and Will Downing and toured the Far East promoting his singer songwriting abilities to great acclaim. In more recent years he has teamed up with members from the Christians and Errol Brown of Hot Chocolate resulting in the release of two outstanding singles Stranger and L.O.V.E. A favourite at Soul and Motown nights, Weddings, Bahmitsvahs, Corporate Events and private functions Desi is comfortable in any setting be it intimate or on a grand scale.
